Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nulibeauty platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform or any associated services.

These terms apply to all advertisers, publishers, and agency accounts registered on nulibeauty. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Permitted Use

You may use nulibeauty solely to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for lawful products and services. You may not use the platform for fraudulent traffic, spam, or the promotion of prohibited content including illegal gambling, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or deceptive financial offers.

Liability

nulibeauty provides advertising infrastructure on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, click volumes, or campaign outcomes. Advertisers are responsible for verifying that their landing pages and offers comply with applicable laws in targeted GEOs.

nulibeauty is not liable for losses arising from traffic fluctuations, publisher behavior, or third-party tracking discrepancies. Maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount deposited by the advertiser in the preceding 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboard design, algorithms, and reporting tools are the intellectual property of nulibeauty. Advertisers retain ownership of their own creatives and campaign data. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce platform components without written consent.

Account Termination

nulibeauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in click fraud, or submit misleading advertising content. Remaining account balances are refundable upon termination, minus any fees owed.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed with 30 days' prior notice. Any unclaimed balance below $10 may be forfeited after that notice period if no response is received.

Third-Party Services

nulibeauty integrates with third-party tracking platforms, payment processors, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of those third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their systems.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to nulibeauty support immediately. We apply industry-standard encryption to all stored payment information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your campaign data, request account deletion, and dispute billing errors within 30 days of the charge. Submit disputes via the support portal with transaction IDs and a description of the issue.

Changes to Terms

nulibeauty may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available in your account dashboard. Effective from January 1, 2026.
